Returns Policy


At Pure African Caribbean Foods, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us of any breakages within 48 hours of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with a product for reasons other than damage or breakage, please contact us before returning the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.


For non-perishable goods, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt, as per the Distance Selling Regulations (excluding made-to-order items). There is no need to provide a reason for cancelling, and no penalties will apply. However, you must notify us by email or post if you wish to cancel your order. For non-perishable items, you will bear the cost of returns unless the product is faulty or in unsatisfactory condition.


Returned goods must be received within twenty-one days of delivery. Once you notify us of your cancellation, any debited amount will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty days of your order, provided that the goods are returned in the condition they were dispatched.


Complaints Procedure

We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days. If you have any concerns, please contact us. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the expected timeframe and keep you fully updated throughout the process.
